He has held every elective office of the Pinehurst / Southern Pines Association of Realtors, including President, and served as a Director of North Carolina Association of Realtors and Chairman of the Forms Committee of the NCAR for several years. 

Stephen spent much of his spare time after school, on weekends and summer vacations working with Richard, a Licensed General Contractor, on renovation projects. Prior to joining Dana Realty, Stephen worked four years in the home construction industry doing general construction, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
